Module re-registration site

Participants who did not successfully complete the module within the allotted time may re-register at 50% of the original cost.

If you are retaking a module after not passing a quiz, all quizzes will reset, allowing you to attempt them again from the beginning while retaining access to your completed content. If your module expired before completion, the entire module – including all content and quizzes – will be fully reset, giving you the opportunity to restart and progress through the material from scratch. 

For ACIA Module 2 only, participants retaking the module due to an unsuccessful assignment need only redo the assignment.

In all cases, re-registration is limited to participants who were previously registered for the module.

The following modules are eligible for re-registration:

• ACIA Module 1
• ACIA Module 2
• FCIA Module 1
• FCIA Module 2

Cancellation and refund policy

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your registration before accessing the module. To request a cancellation, please email education@cia-ica.ca. An administrative fee will apply.
